Jacklyn Hardin, FNP - C
Jackie Hardin is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about rural family medicine and patient-centered care. She began her nursing journey with an Associate Degree in Nursing, later completing her BSN at the University of Texas and MSN at Maryville University.
Jackie has called Montrose home since 2012, bringing a wealth of nursing experience and a strong focus on building meaningful relationships between providers and patients. She believes healthcare is a collaborative journey — one that requires time, attentiveness, and shared effort to support long-term wellness.
A lifelong learner, Jackie continuously advances her medical knowledge and training to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. She prioritizes self-care, preventive strategies, and lifestyle changes before introducing pharmaceuticals, empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
Outside the clinic, Jackie enjoys hiking, painting, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.
Alison Sullins, FNP - C
Ali Sullins is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in family practice, urgent care, and women’s health. After earning her BSN from Baylor University, Ali served in the U.S. Air Force as a labor and delivery nurse before completing her MSN at the University of Cincinnati.
Originally from the south, Ali moved to Colorado in 2021 to plant roots and raise her family. She is deeply committed to providing comprehensive care that blends clinical expertise with patient empowerment and collaboration. Ali believes in a balanced approach to healthcare — where Western medicine and alternative therapies can work together to support whole-person wellness.
Outside the clinic, Ali loves spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and family dog.
